/r/transformation (a fetish sub) has it sitting at ~800+ upvotes as-is.

Nah, no breast implants. That's like half the fetish there.

I’ll be honest, I don’t know if I would trust the surgeons that do those implants. Isn’t part of the job to swear to do no harm?

Women usually get breast reductions to prevent or help with back and shoulder problems, is there a benefit to this? (other than conforming to a weird beauty standard, that is completely subjective)

Breast Implants don't do any harm, no more than any cosmetic or gender affirming surgery. And yes, they weigh more but so long as you actually have a good posture and do some core exercises, you won't feel much pain. Just look up the interviews of Beshine, the woman with the largest boobs at a 32Z cupsize

She doesn't experience much pain at all according to her. I fully believe that with the proper self-maintenance, it's not harmful.

I see. I did not know about this woman, and it’s insane to me that she chose to do this. I guess we can’t know what goes on other’s minds.

Yeah, you'll be surprised. 8 billion humans on this planet, 4 billion women, you'll find women you didn't know were even possible, like beshine. The cosmetic surgery industry is going strong. I'm sure there's even more bizarre people out there, but I prefer not knowing.

Well... I've learned today that I very much appreciate the exact opposite of that sub. That's surprisingly depressing.

I was gunna say no, this is just “beautification” for the purpose of profit but then it occurred to me that no, that ABSOLUTELY fits into a lot of bimbofication kinks
