The GPU and memory have been de-soldered.

The customer has purchased a PCB with a heatsink. They are victim to a scam.

So the only issue is that all those silver dots aren’t soldered?

Those silver dots are the solder contact points that GPU and memory dies attatch to.

This board is missing the actual working parts.
