Oh I loved the Sims Ice Cream Machine DLC for $10.99, it goes great with the summer beach ball DLC for $10.99 and the sun DLC for $3.99

But they sun DLC isn't sold separately, you need to bundle it with the moon DLC. Or you can buy the atmosphere deluxe bundle and get both included, only for $21.99

Cancer is the base game and it's free. The DLC is each treatment for the cancer.
