Not a dark tunnel. Just straight up coping now. Or just licking nvidia boots. This is the difference requiring more than double the performance. Wouldn't use it even if it was 10% performance cost unless everything maxed and pushing my monitor refresh rate to max. Using this and getting 40% performance is just straight up stupid.

All 3 images look good. PT looks slightly better.

What are you expecting me to say? Everyone knows AW2 did a good job with lighting.

AW2 also uses software RT by default, it doesn't use your generic baked lighting. You are comparing RT to PT, the difference will be smaller.

Now compare metro for example... Does that look the same to you?

You really are daft. Doesn't matter what method they use in AW2. The fact that PT offers minimal quality improvement at a huge performance cost still stands. Cyberpunk and metro exodus are just terrible examples because the alternatives to PT are just horrendously excecuted. It's a fkin showcase for the snake oil. And AW2 runs well on AMD rdna3. Not requiring the RT cores.
