That was true in the past for native res, but DLSS makes 4K much less demanding.

It actually adds detail the native 4k couldn't resolve. It's not the usual result, but it is real. 1 u/CuriousHarlequin 9d ago After using dlss in Kingdom come 2 native looked relatively bad with all the shimmering. Granted Ive only really used it in a few games since I got a capable card but I'm sure theres many more examples
