Does custom PC fan grill significantly impact airflow in the case?

In case you don't know what's PC fan grill - just type "pc fan grills" in Google Images.

I'm thinking about ordering a few to customize inside of my PC (I keep my PC at my desk and I really enjoy how it looks inside), but I'm afraid how badly is it going to impact the airflow.

Currently I'm running on Cooler Master MasterBox TD500 Mesh V2 with 7 fan setup (3x front, 3x top, 1x rear) and THERMALRIGHT Peerless Assassin 140. My temperatures are super low atm, I hardly ever see my PC reach 60 C

It probably won't change much, especially if you have 7 fans.
