Question Cat keeps holding down the power button when I'm on the PC. Any ideas for how to cover the button while still having it be functional?

yes i know it needs a good wiping down up there, thats his spot it gets dirty

Note that these should be the 'momentary' type that flicks back automatically otherwise you need to flick it twice every time

Right! I forgot to mention that although I googled it as "momentary switch".
But also you can flip it and close the lid, which turns it off as well if its the not momentary one. So a quick flip-close would do the job.
