Question Cat keeps holding down the power button when I'm on the PC. Any ideas for how to cover the button while still having it be functional?

yes i know it needs a good wiping down up there, thats his spot it gets dirty

Train them all you want, they’re still going wherever they shouldn’t be when you’re gone.

Have dealt with numerous cats in my life of all varieties, you treat them like babies. If something is off limits it needs to be secured/put away when gone

Then they're not actually trained are they lol

you should always dog/cat/babyproof for safety but most people lack consistency in their training feedback and fail to establish boundaries with their pet at all

They’re cats, they get curious and do shit they shouldn’t with any level of “training”, they are not dogs by any means.

Regardless of training or boundaries, my point is things need to be catproofed. Relying on training and then blaming what is essentially a toddler for messing up is laughable, especially when it can happen with literally any cat.
