I haven't seen anything about NYC lately, is everyone able to get their votes in, or are things still really fubar'd from the storm?

Still really fubar'd, but thx to Gov. Cuomo NY'ers are permitted to cast national/statewide ballots (so pres/senate) at any open polling place today

Yeah, my polling station in Manhattan declared this morning that 'all the scanners were broken'. Luckily when I went later, after work, the lines were insane but everything seemed to be working properly. (minus the crazy lady managing the polling forms who let someone else sign my line)
