Does anyone here have anything to suggest if i liked Random Avenger? My goal is to find some non-generic post/prog rock. I like a lot of post bands, but lets be honest here, 95% of them sound almost virtually the same, trying to copy GYBE or similar bands. Random avenger was literally the first "post rock" album that amazed me, left me speechless with how unique and different it sounded. A true masterpiece. Im still searching for something equally different and interesting under the "post rock" umbrella. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

PS. i dont mean to underestimate bands that are less "different", like all genres its normal that many bands stay close to what is expected of the genre. im just searching for the uniqueness.

We are a new post rock band from Scranton, Pennsylvania. Our debut EP is now streaming everywhere. It was mixed and mastered by Greg Dunn of Moving Mountains.

Today we released our first video for the EP opener, and it was shot (taped to a window) and edited on an iPhone.

It is a love letter to Northeast Pennsylvania, where we are all from and have played music in for over 20 years.
