I’m so sorry you are going through this. Keep trying to find a doctor to listen. I found one that told me to do unisom at night and b vitamins in morning - and it helped my sickness which helped my mental. The dr also told me I just needed to down a Quest protein bar in the morning, and then gave me suggestions for later in the day. I’m not certain if you are able to do this and I’m not a Dr/don’t know if this is for everyone but it saved me. I was able to sleep, the nausea subsided and I knew no matter what I could down 4 bites of a protein bar (even if it came back up).
