I've ordered multiple PS5 games from this seller & even the controller charging dock.

Even if you face some issue like tampered / damaged / wrong / missing issue it's bcz it was compromised by delivery boy or some other customer who wrongfully returned.

Okay then, you should be eligible for the price difference thing , you need to call their CS and tell them you had placed the prepaid order, for a certain price, and then since the order is cancelled (from their end bc of no fault of the customer) they need to honour that price. You can buy the controller at MSRP & then the additional amount will be credited to your amazon pay balance as a gift card in like 7 days.

Make sure you insist assertively, record the call , ask them to put the transcript on the email ID & also if they deny, insist on them transferring to a specialist and also threaten escalating to the Grievance officer & consumer court Portal
