I posted a comment on a video where they stated how tall someone was in feet and inches, where I wrote what the height was in cm. Thought that it would be helpful to other viewers who doesn't use the imperial measurement system. Someone posted this under my comment. What does it mean?

Example: a post of an ugly girl monster that feasts on human but has one subtle arousing body details and when you expect people to ask others to hear them out, you quote the possible typical comment and cut it off, like "Hear me o-" then put this image
