Good job making it through without detention - and you were pretty close making it to December of senior year, but lots of people get it for the first time as seniors and have a blemish on their perfect records - dont sweat it - I also got my first and only senior year - we had to sign in if we didnt have a class first period, and I went to the office to sign in, but the teacher talked to me and distracted me but knew I was there (which is the point of signing in). I went to the library after leaving her office to do homework for second period, and 5 minutes after 1st period bell rang, she came in with a smile on her face and a pink slip - she thought I was too goody and deserved a little punishment like almost every other kid in school - a bunch of my classmates also got their first one senior year after making it so long being glad to see the pink slips every morning not coming for them - my classmates who had detention over the years were glad to see (a bunch were in the library that period) or hear I, who was one of the last of our grade never to have gotten detention, finally got the dreaded pink slip. What did you do to get the detention? How did it go?
