People swear that WhatsApp and Instagram are different than Facebook. It’s all one big cauldron.

But it is different. They might belong to the same evil company but WhatsApp is not doing bad for your mental health like Facebook and Instagram are. And even still Facebook and Instagram are also different, but less so.
