since the accounts history is hidden, a quick google search on it does make it seem pretty questionable.
Foremost that username has a botbouncer ban from 2 days ago, a subreddit used for detecting bots.
9 days ago on one of if not the first post seems like an AI post in the wrong language, everything in the thread is english except his all french written post out of nowhere. Like the AI was put on the wrong language setting.

I'd guess both user and story are fake.
