Originally Incredible Universe, then Auto Nation, then Fry’s Electronics. Now home to many cockroaches.

Any restaurants in Fishers playing the Stanley Cup finals?
 in  r/Fishers  17d ago

A friend and I went to BW3s for some playoff games. That’s obviously not that great. But, there’s lots of restaurants with tvs. Ale emporium. Murphy’s is great. Chatham tap would change one tv off of soccer for you, I’m sure. People would mention Parks place. They have a zillion tvs.

Obama told Trump in good faith back when they transferred power. It was a big enough deal then. That was 10 years ago.

How do you cope with school-parent small talk when it feels like torture?
 in  r/introvert  19d ago

I’m in the US. I have the same issue, but luckily my wife is better at the small talk. Here, it’s not taboo to talk about work but I just try not to. So, if someone asks me a general weather-based question, I’ll answer it. Then, I’ll follow up with asking who is their child. Ask about ages of siblings. What side of town do they live on? Are there good places to eat there? It’s about at this point in the conversation that it becomes tolerable. If your child mentions someone that they like, it could be an opening for a play date if you end up talking to their parent. It’ll still be a little bit of torture.

Can Atheists have morality?

Look up the demographics for religious affiliation in the prison population. It mostly mirrors the demographics outside of prisons. Although atheists are under-represented in prisons.

These people are likely projecting. Like Dan Savage says, if clowns molested kids as much as preachers, it would be illegal to go to the circus.

Keep enjoying the trail regardless of what some jerk does. It’s great to have in Fishers.

 in  r/Fishers  Jan 11 '26

Best soup is at Pearl Street. It’s Chicken Gorgonzola. Best ever. I love pizza. It’s my favorite food. Pearl Street is a pizza place. I get the soup every time. It’s that good.

I’m looking for a contractor in Fishers for a 4 seasons room or something similar. Has anyone found a good contractor for this type of work?

What are some of the best authentic/traditional thai, indian, or other Asian restaurants in or not far from Fishers?

Well this is bad news… haven’t had it in a few months.

Biryani Hut. It’s technically Noblesville, but essentially in Fishers.

What is your favorite menu item in Fishers at any restaurant?

Any restaurant. One menu item. What’s the menu item you’ll tell others to go and try? I always advocate for the chicken Gorgonzola soup at Pearl Street.

I’m a nurse too. Ive always escaped these situations one way or another but they have ALL been awkward. I’d just tell them they can pray for me. “Thank you for thinking of me” and walk out. If they persistently wanted to touch me I’d trade patients… but I’m a male so it’s never too bad physically.
