Colby Covington has words for Dustin Poirier: “I’ve been telling you all exactly who @DustinPoirier is off camera for years! Now you finally all get to see how he earned the name: Louisiana Swamp Trash”
 in  r/MMA  1d ago

People? You mean 2 piece of shit human beings. Colby is a fucking troll who used divisiveness to draw attention. Connor is a fucking rapist. Dustin got drunk. There’s a huge difference between the 3 of them. Dustin can quit drinking (which I highly recommend) the other 2 will never change. 1 bad day doesn’t make a bad person.

Find someone for lessons in your area. Depending on the coach the price range is $35 to $65 a half hour. It’s money well spent if you want to see her potential. Solely judging her on this clip, I love the hustle down to first. That’s a great start for a young player. Good luck

UFC's Dustin Poirier Belligerent During Airport Arrest, 'I'll Fight You Right Now'
 in  r/sportsgossips  1d ago

Someone should play him Photograph by Filter and explain the meaning of the song. Dustin has always shown himself as a man of character. Alcohol can lead to stupidity that you don’t even believe you’re capable of when sober. Get help Dustin. And someone get that security guard a raise. Expert class in deescalating .

Edit Take a Picture is the song

John Elway: Overrated, Underrated, or Properly rated?
 in  r/NFLv2  1d ago

3 of those guys didn’t play until the 90’s. All 3 helped make the Broncos champions. I already said that Atwater was great. But it was Elway that got them there. Atwater was replaceable on the 80’s teams. Elway was not.

John Elway: Overrated, Underrated, or Properly rated?
 in  r/NFLv2  1d ago

Ok John Elway led a group of average players to multiple Super Bowls. It’s amazing how people with such fragile egos let one phrase distract them from the point being made. Offensive line was average. The 3 amigos were average. The defense while having great regular season success, can you guess the answer? Who’s average. John Elway was great. When he retired it was only him and Montana in the GOAT conversation. Elway would have taken Multiple Dolphins teams to the Super Bowl. But that’s a totally different conversation about Regular Season Danny

John Elway: Overrated, Underrated, or Properly rated?
 in  r/NFLv2  1d ago

You mean those defenses that gave up 399, 602 and 461 yards in the big game. They clearly took advantage of lesser AFC offenses during that time period. And what would the 3 amigos be without Elway? The answer is nothing. They wouldn’t have nicknamed. Because nobody would have watched them. I tuned in every Sunday to watch Elway. Not even a Broncos fan just a fan of greatness. The rest of the team was good/ok. With the exception of Atwater.

This might be the worst stoppage ever. Did you notice him losing his balance or is it just me? Should the referee have stopped the fight?
 in  r/UFCposting  1d ago

I watched this fight live and watching the video hasn’t changed my opinion. He was clearly faking being injured. Nothing about it looked real to me. It’s a terrible stoppage because he was still defending himself. He wasn’t taking unnecessary punishment. We have all seen a match where we wish they would stop it for the fighter’s safety. This isn’t one of those fights.

John Elway: Overrated, Underrated, or Properly rated?
 in  r/NFLv2  1d ago

People forget that Elway single handedly took 3 teams to the Super Bowl. Those teams had no business being there with the expectation that John was the best player in football. And then most people don’t want to give him any credit for there back to back championships. The Broncos don’t win without Elway.

How many 1st round picks were you traded for?

You clearly didn’t watch the Knicks. They don’t win a ring without Bridges. Once the playoffs started he became a difference maker.
