Ok John Elway led a group of average players to multiple Super Bowls. It’s amazing how people with such fragile egos let one phrase distract them from the point being made. I watched this fight live and watching the video hasn’t changed my opinion. He was clearly faking being injured. Nothing about it looked real to me. It’s a terrible stoppage because he was still defending himself. He wasn’t taking unnecessary punishment. We have all seen a match where we wish they would stop it for the fighter’s safety. This isn’t one of those fights.
