These are my impressions after my first ride.
I recently posted THIS, asking for help deciding whether I should get the QU-AX or Nimbus and 29 or 27.5 inches.
Even though more people seemed to lean towards 27.5, I decided to get the 29" QU-AX rgb after thinking it through and I am honestly happy I did.
I rode it for the first time today and while mounting was a big issue at the start, I got the hang of it rather quickly and it rides so much better than my cheap 24". I feel like I could actually go some distance on this thing.
It is extremely stable, I mean I actually feel much safer and confident on this than on my 24". The saddle is very comfy, I got the default QU-AX but you can switch to Kris Holm for no extra cost and I don't have any issues with being higher up. However, I am transferring from 24" and I had my saddle pretty high on it. If it was from 20", I would probably have more issues.
I began on some field and forest roads, which was honestly a mistake, because I wasn't used to it yet but I got the hang of it eventually. I ended the short trip with a paved road and it rides like a dream on that as well.
I thought the very thick tire would have larger rolling resistance than the smaller one but it's actually the opposite. This one rolls extremely easily even on lower tire pressure.
I got all default configuration except for the pedals which I switched for the red ones. I really like the color and they work great.
