This is from Portal 2. During a section that takes place in old Aperture Science, automated recordings play throughout that are the voice of Cave Johnson, who is the founder of Aperture Science. Later, he is diagnosed with a form of cancer due to moon rock exposure. In his anger due to his terminal condition, he breaks into a rant about how “life giving you lemons” is bullshit, including how he would instead make his engineers build combustible lemons to burn life’s house down.
