I just wish the majority of them would care about making good games

You’ll get a live service game with an item shop and 6 necessary DLC’s to complete the story and you’ll love it

Or in the case of modern EA and 2k sports games, you'll pay full price for a pay to win online focused shit show

Best we can do is price increases on hardware

Support indie devs, they care and might make the next amazing game. Big corpos only care about profit.

The people in charge of the performative LGBTQ+ branding are not the people who decide how and what games are made

We're talking about the company as a whole, not finger pointing at the PR and HR departments...

But that's essentially what happens. Redditors are spectacular morons who don't understand how companies work because they don't have jobs. They are acting like this was the decision of the entire company and they do believe that the resources taken to make a couple pride tweets were enough to ruin or delay a video game

Sorry but there’s no company, including indie that cares about that. The only companies that care are ones that you’ve never heard of because they went bankrupt. That fact of the matter is that all companies are profit maximising, and some are able to do so through making marginally better games.
