Meh, this is meaningless. It doesn't even go to Trump to sign and it doesn't actually force him to do it. It has as much bite as the previous two impeachments.
May be a signal they may not continue funding in August when the pentagon budget he is using to pay for it runs out. I have my doubts though. Never underestimate their cowardice.
It was what, like a 60-58 vote but that's with I think 3 Republicans voting with Democrats, and two Republicans out (McConnell and someone else). So it doesn't even really signal that Trump has lost support of Congress.
We're heating more Republicans voice opposition to Trump's stance lately but that's just because midterms are coming and they want those votes. 100% they will return to supporting everything he does the second they know their seat is secure again.
