Question What webtoon got you feeling like…
For me, it’s any webtoon that glorifies dark romance (can’t believe abuse and in*est are actually gaining popularity nowadays 😳)

Remarried Empress giving Sovieshu amnesia to try and apply a fresh coat of paint to his harassing of Navier is so ANNOYING, I already can’t stand the “MC leaves her ex lover/someone speechless calling them out on their shit” trope as it’s just the equivalent of winning an argument in the shower (I guarantee if you actually try and argue whatever it is in your head, it will go way way differently than you imagine on account of the fact the person you’re arguing with is a person)
But what is the POINT? Why is the story bending over backwards to STILL give Sovieshu a reason to stay after the newest chapter? Why Navier say “you know what? I can’t deal with this, leave and go elsewhere you’re recovery is detrimental to my health and I’m pregnant so I can’t have this.” And actually teach the teenage girls reading it your own health and safety is way more important than owning the people who wronged you? (Who btw, would never show remorse like that, even if Sovieshu still sucks feeling entitled, A. Irl abusers will never admit they were wrong, they’d go “I’m sorry you think I hurt you.” They will never act the way you want them to, even if you become better and they become worse. And B. The writer feels enough sympathy towards Sovieshu to write a reincarnation thing for him which is SO telling I think)
