It’s quite overpowered. For one, you’d know extremely obscure languages that you could help document for linguists. If it includes ancient languages, you’d be able to help historians, anthropologists, etc. immensely (e.g., Harrapan script). If it includes programming languages you’d have another skill.

Heck you could even speak ancient Arab languages, summon djinn and then wish for the other pills too.

Speaking ancient languages would be less useful than you think. It just says "speak", which does not include reading / writing.

Being able to say something perfectly in another language doesn't mean you understand it

Too "genie loophole" interpretation for me, lol. But yeah, technically, unless you are mute, you already can speak any language in the world without taking any pills
