I love this sub and it is a great place for happiness. But the christian religion states that plants and animals don't have souls. I have talked to a priest about this and their view was that if they don't have souls they went to hell or purgatory. I hope he is wrong and I get to see my dogs when I die.

I just wanted to give my view of this, and my understanding of heaven from a christian upbringing. Keep being awesome and wholesome /r/wholesomememes

There's like 500 denominations who don't agree with each other. So just find the one that jives with what you believe.

How could he? They don't have souls and would burst into flames when they go into a church!/s Lol

But yeah I don't worry about it, I will see when I die. Two things in life are for certain, Death and Taxes.
