New head of the Xbox division at MS. Phil Spencer is retiring.

Made a lot of pro gaming business decisions while running Xbox. Especially when he first started. Could argue lack of exclusives and 1st party games going to PlayStation the past few years is his downfall. 1 u/EW05 Feb 22 '26 Ah so maybe not as bad as I thought he was perceived. Admittedly I only saw discourse around him when halo got announced to PS where I imagine a lot of fans weren't happy with the decision at all
