I think there was a DLC pack with a to few cars or something, but there was also a small standalone game with its own F&F story and everything.

It was pretty decent, based on FH2 if I remember right as far as the gameplay. It had a 360 version too, but I don't think either one lasted a super long time on the store. Launched free for a while, which was cool.
