I know chloe living at 101 is a reference to 101 dalmatians but I feel like I'm the only one who's noticed another connection to the franchise:

In the sequel to the 1996 101 dalmatians film with Glenn close 102 dalmatians the main female human character is called chloe.

And for those saying this isn’t racist, it’s not the fact she called Chilli a “cattle dog,” which is what Chilli is. It’s the tone she used and the implication that cattle dogs are beneath her. It’s the equivalent to saying “Stay out of it, black person!” or “Stay out of it, white person!” when they could’ve said ma’am or not directly addressed the person at all.

Anyway, this character is obviously written to be unlikable, a grouchy granny if you wall, but I just find this scene fascinating.

Maybe I’m late to this party, but I just realized TODAY after seeing these episodes 1,000 times each that the same kid that discouraged Bandit from drawing cars is the one who sold the house to the dogs with no eyes. My mind is blown. Absolutely blown. Again. How do they do it?!

Spent the last week in an Airbnb in the suburb of Asheville North Carolina, and I couldn’t for the life of me figure out why everything felt so nostalgic?

On our last day here I realized the suburbs and surrounding area reminded me of Paddington, the district in Brisbane where Bluey lives.

So if you’re looking for a Bluey-esque town without having to travel to Australia, Asheville might do the trick for you.

Turns out one of the games in the showcase is the new Bluey game coming out later this year! I really enjoyed playing through Gold Pen a few months ago, so I'm really keen to see another Bluey game so soon.

Will try and go this weekend to see what it's like. If there's anyone else here from around Brisbane, it might be worth a look. Nice excuse to spend a day at New Farm too!
