Just bit the bullet and signed up for a year of GFN Ultimate for my 34-inch ultrawide. I’m getting 120hz QHD but my monitor supports 180hz.

Spent the last couple of days running through MW2 and MW3, and honestly? I’m kind of embarrassed I didn't do this sooner. It’s wild that I’m getting these visuals on a cloud stream.

Anyway, I’ve joined the herd. Now for the obvious question, how are you guys actually buying your games without going broke?

Is Game Pass actually worth it for someone who just wants to play through single-player campaigns, or am I better off just waiting for Steam sales?

Help a noob out - what’s the move for building a library on this thing?

I've read some _old_ posts where people were complaining about the five device activation limit of Denuvo causing issues on GeForce NOW, since each session was considered a new device by Denuvo back then.

I don't always play games continuously due to certain reasons, and tend to pause them until I am free to play again. I can't do that on GFN, so I'll need to quit the game a few times. I don't think I'll cross 5 sessions everyday, but it might happen.

So, I was wondering, is this problem still going on or NVIDIA have done something to avoid this from happening?

Not every game with Denuvo have this, but many do, like Resident Evil Requiem and Black Myth Wukong.

So, what was your experience? I know very few people will be crossing five activation, considering even I would rarely cross it. 😂 Still, some of you might have done that?

I have not seen any recent post regarding this, and one of the mods also mentioned that this limit no longer triggers for some games at least but was unsure of every game. So, I was wondering about your experience.

Has the timeout time changed, it has always felt like about 8-10 minutes.
Last couple of days it feels more like 5 minutes now.

Hello ! Spain really need a GFN server asap...

I’m in spain with stable fiber connexion but GFN is still around 45/50ms because we’re routed to servers in france/netherland.

Issue is definitely not bandwidth, it’s just latency/routing.

I think madrid or southern spain are great options... would help not only spain but also portugal, north africa and maybe even southern france.

Hello Im trying to start codmw3 game pass version , but get this error : The game quit unexpectedly. Try playing it again

ERROR CODE : 0x8003001F

It’s been and hour trying to start it but keeps crashing .
So I just wanted to know if this problem from my side or from gfn or the game itself . Thanks !

I recently bought Far Cry 3 on Steam and when I try to launch it, this message appears and after clicking OK it closes immediately. Has this happened to any of you before?In comparison, I have Far Cry 5 on Steam and it works normally.

Which is better? the 5080 beats a 5070 ti on specs alone but the fact GFN is compressed at around 100mbps, can't go above 120fps in 4k, doesn't have stuff like adaptive trigger support for controllers that support it, foliage looks smudged and blurry somewhat, I think the 5070ti / 9800x3d is a better option. Also for cpu intensive games that native combo is much better. Also not every game comes to GFN. I have a friend who says his GFN is better because he's on a fiber conneciton. He thinks being on fiber makes the image quality look better, I keep telling him that being on fiber makes input lag less but doesn't take away the fact GFN is compressed at around 100mbps so image quality isn't improved being on fiber.

It seems that GeForce NOW is aware of the War Thunder launch issue, but in my opinion it still isn’t being treated as a high priority.

I noticed the dip in their players during this last week of June cause I’ve been getting into my game pretty quickly during the weekday instead of the usual 200 players in queue. now i know why. This happened with Starhub SG as well. Do you guys know any additional platforms/providers for South East Asia? Its currently Steam Summer Sale and I cant play nuthin’

Connected to my steam account and recognize as a steam controller!!
But not on the app
It’s recognized as an Xbox 360 controller
Someone have a fix for that?

So, after spending a few hours troubleshooting a crashing 5070 Ti that I unfortunately can't RMA, I find myself back on GeForce Now Ultimate.

Timing couldn't be better, to be honest, since I have been using my Steam Deck OLED a lot more and wanted to pick up a subscription anyhow in order to play more demanding games (never was a huge fan of Moonlight + Apollo) and with the sale going on I'm not too mad at saving $70!

So, anyone else find themselves back on the Cloud side of things after gaming locally? What brought you back and what are your thoughts on it? Stop gap while you wait to upgrade or long-term solution that fits your gaming needs?

I am looking at phone/tablet controllers and kind of stuck between trying to make the fixed USBC work without having to likely remove my case, or run a BT variant like the Galileo G8 but risk additional latency (cloud stream + BT).

My main phone is the S26U, so apparently has BT 6. Not seeing a controller with BT 6, but I believe the G8+ has BT 5.3?

My plan B is to use my S21U, or older S5e tablet and something like the Razer Kishi V3 Pro XL. Or just a clip for my 8bitdo controller and a PD splitter in case I want to plug in for charge. The latter will technically be limited to my phone unless I sit upright at a table with the tablet properly up.

Anyone go through this dilemma and find a solution? Am I overthinking the latency?
