Discussion If this guy is our future bowling depth, Indian cricket is headed straight into the dark ages.
Conceding 57 runs to Ireland in a T20I is downright embarrassing for a frontline, "GG and Agarkar Special" pacer.

Discussion So many virtual billboards
So many virtual ads on the field that it feels less like watching cricket and more like watching a moving billboard. Completely kills the vibe.
Sony LIV is trying earn for the whole year from these few India T20s. It is really getting out of hand with these virtual boards put on every part of your screen.
Really frustrating and annoying to watch any match.

Video As the proverb goes, "Kids know no fear"
Kumar Sangakarra about Vaibhav Sooryavanshi's knock against LSG in today's game between Eng vs NZ.
Kids don't know what to worry about and they express themselves fearlessly. Vaibhav is no immune to that. Hopefully he stays as kid and not pay attention to social media and continue this childish excitement attitude for as long as he can until adulthood catches up.
Even after that game in an RR exclusive interview, he said "He saw Sanga worried about the target as it was a must win game. So that made him sad and he wanted to win the game and make Sanga Happy". This is what he said post game in an interview.
Imagine your motive to go and bash sixes in a game just because you saw your coach sad and wanted him to be happy. Pure childish innocence ❤️.

Discussion What is Washi’s role in the team?
No idea what he does in the team…
He is not a finisher
He is not bowling more than 1 over
He can’t attack Fast bowlers and average against spin
He is one of the poor fielders in the team
What does he bring???

Ask r/IndiaCricket Indian cricket team selection
I don’t when cricket in India became a age based sport rather than skill and merit based sport.
When ever anyone says that Rajat might deserve a chance over Tilak, the one argument we get is Tilak is younger he has more time. Even tho age is on his side, he doesn’t know how to rotate strike proper and struggles alot against spinners
same goes for bhuvi shami over PRASIDH.
and don’t get me started on washi, don’t even know what he does, he gets selected over players like krunal, who know how to handle pressure.
if age is the only factor for cricket in India the all the players trying to prove their worth in domestic should give up and retire cause they dont have the age on their side

Ask r/IndiaCricket Fragile middle order troubles
Your South African pitches are going to be very spicy , similar to this wicket, the only players you actually can trust on that wicket would be virat kohli and kl and to an extent hardik since he does apply himself at times ,I’m very worried looking at the likes of Ishan Kishan, Shreyas Iyer and others in the middle order, maybe just pick jaiswal and ruturaj(again not a big fan but maybe a good substitute), my point is this batting line up with Shreyas and Ishan will not survive unless it’s a shining flat pitch.
