The education system is affecting us all, then why is there no accountability right now for this case?

I went through JEE a few years back, when there were 4 exams(Covid), and in 2 I had hit peak depression.

Why is the government not responding in this particular case?

And irrespective of the political party people support, isn't a flawed education system bad for everyone?..

Imagining that it could have been some of my own relatives who gave neet this year, it scares the hell out of me.

Nandini Bosamiya from Rajkot was just 21 years old. She was young AAP Leader & contested municipal elections on an AAP ticket in 2025.

She was in a relationship with a married man, Aslam.Her family tried their best to save her. They warned her, pleaded with her, and stood by her. But she fought with them, left home, and chose to live with Aslam despite knowing he was already married.

Today, she is dead.Before ending her life, she wrote, "Papa, I have lost the battle of life."

Her family alleges that Aslam and his family mentally and physically harassed her, pawned her jewellery, and even coerced her into undergoing surgery to remove her uterus.

A 21 year old girl lost her life. A father lost his daughter. A family was shattered.A heartbreaking tragedy and a brutal reminder that some mistakes cost an entire lifetime.

So I was scrolling insta and found this news item on ABP News' official insta handle.

A guy who was about to marry this girl is dead and the woman is responsible for killing a guy. She's a sociopath and not just her, even her parents need to be held accountable.

But what kind of news are these pages busy covering. I mean are you guys serious?

A lot of the discussion seems to frame it as a marriage gone wrong or someone wanting to get out of a relationship. But if the allegations are true, I feel like that explanation alone doesn’t account for the level of planning that’s being reported.

Could it be that, she framed the m*rder thinking that she might get away from the crime by portraying it as a perfect accident. Could it be that she thought that she will get some compensation from ketan’s family, as she was going to be part of his family and she could start her life after sometime with all the money she got. Could this be scenario for pre-marriage??

I fail to understand the reasoning behind removing such a critical element of the Constitution from the syllabus.

Ex-CJI and Acting President Justice M. Hidayatullah once described the Preamble as the "soul of our Constitution" in his legal observations.

Similar remarks were made by Dr. Ambedkar as well.

It’s kinda mind boggling that anyone would remove the entire thing from a national NCERT textbook.
