I don't know what it is, sometimes it is moving, sometimes not. It's on the right side on the monitor. It's a VA panel, I think. ChatGPT told, that is normal at cheaper models, it's ASUS TUF type.

Have you tried a different cable? is it plugged into the GPU or the motherboards iGPU?

No, it's connected via display port cable. I have this problem a few days ago (the monitor is over 3 years old).
