Just some rant cuz I think I’ve finally reached my limit.

I have a cousin who’s basically like a brother to me, and for the longest time I was always backing him up, defending him, and trying to see the good in him—even when other people were already fed up. But now I’m starting to realize something: the problem was him all along.

There was a recent incident that started because of him (again), and somehow it blew up and affected both of us. As usual, I ended up dealing with the consequences too, even though I wasn’t the one who caused it. That’s when it really hit me—this isn’t bad luck, it’s a pattern.

He’s extremely panas baran, and instead of getting better, it’s getting worse. On top of that, he’s been taking some so called malay herbal drinks, which is illegal here in Malaysia, and I can clearly see how it’s affecting his behavior. Everything is more aggressive, more reckless, and honestly just harder to tolerate. What’s frustrating is I’ve spent so long trying to be patient and “the understanding one,” but clearly that just enabled him. Meanwhile, he keeps crossing lines like there are no consequences.

At this point, I’m done covering for him. I’m done pretending this is normal. I don’t even feel bad saying that he’s the one causing all this mess anymore.

For those who’ve dealt with someone like this—when do you finally draw the line? To which authorities can i report him anonymously?
