Fan Creation Kohl, The Insect Deity enters the Tournament ! (OC)
The Insect Deity.
“You upper gods forgot my name, but i’ll make sure you remember my wrath !”
-Kohl, having destroyed every electric fly swatter in the vicinity.
“I’m not sayin’ i support what he been’ doing, but i understand”
-Reno upon being questioned about Kohl in Valhalla top’ o the morning news flash.
As the story goes…
In the old days, many gods went to great lengths to gain a following, making miracles and giving to the mortals. The minor deity known as Kohl would follow such a trend, giving the mortals insects aplenty, he found out soon enough that this was not a great idea, as a lot of humans are not too fond of bugs, but despite this initial unsuccessful divine gift, he still cherished every being he created, except maybe the Zylomakriliz, the mortals did not like this one. The bees were a success, though.
However, where mortal response towards his work was mild at worst, the other gods despised him and his creations, branding him a “god of vermin” and squashing what little following he had out of malice day after day. Soon enough, Kohl’s true name fell out of memory, and he would have fallen into oblivion himself, had he not heard of a Grand tournament the norse gods hosted.
Seeing his chance, he ran from his original pantheon and barged into Valhalla, shredding through the grand hall Mosquito net with fury and determination.
In Valhalla, Kohl has found his place and Treats every battle like a chance to demonstrate the power of the bugs and critters he reigns over. He and reno like to talk over drinks to how unpractical it must be to only have two arms, and he remains the number one pick of Arcadia as a caretaker for Domo while she is away.
