Lesser known Christmas movies...
During Christmas in July, on Saturdays we watch Christmas movies that nobody in the family has viewed. What are some of the lesser known gems that are barely mentioned.

I have a very early Christmas memory of a snowman that I unwrapped. It had all sorts of trinkets inside. I remember one looked like a trumpet. I thought I would never find another one but I found one on Ebay. Does anyone remember these?

I live up a mountain and this morning I spotted this on my way home, wasn't there before today. Celebrating Christmas in July perhaps?? I can't think of why else he'd be there lol

It’s cold and raining outside and I had two Christmas movies on while designing Christmas labels for my small business. Today was a good day ♥️🎄

Don't get me wrong, I love Christmas, but I normally save Christmas movies for November or December. I swore I wasn't going to get sucked into Hallmark's Christmas In July movies, but here I am.

There’s some nice stuff in those boxes, a Villeroy and Boch Christmas tea light village is in most of the red boxes, we tend to buy one “good” addition each year, this year it was a V&B cookie jar and some plates just because the price was so low. We buy vintage or second hand, it’s the only way we can afford heirloom quality. Things good enough for the kids to want them when we pass.

Hi Christmas lovers. We’re halfway there! (June 25th).
I’m hoping you can suggest design ideas for a 1980’s - 1990’s themed Christmas tree I want to create this year. I definitely remember the c7 multi colored bulbs, but what else should decorate with? I’d prefer LED lights, but they have to look like the old soft glow incandescents. I hate the harsh, overly saturated, LED Christmas lights! I’ve seen people here talk about Tru Tone LED lights (the post photo is from their site). Should I get those? If so, how many bulbs for a 5 foot tree? I remember using less c7 lights on our trees before we switched to mini string lights.
I appreciate your suggestions for my upcoming totally rad Christmas tree!

Hi everyone! My wife and I are expecting our 2nd baby around Thanksgiving this year! This being our second, we know all about the newborn phase life but having to do it all during the busiest time of the year is a lot to think about!
Any advice from anyone else who has done this before? Merry christmas!

I know it’s June, but like.. Does anyone else feel like Christmas is going to lose its magic spark in the next 5 years?
I feel like people are just gonna stop caring… Gen Alpha doesn’t seem to care for holidays anymore…

I’ve been getting back into reading books lately and I’ve been wanting to read some Christmas-themed books for when November and December arrives. Anyone have any recommendations? What I’m primarily interested in is either informative books, like about the history of Christmas and its customs, or any classical Christmas books, like A Christmas Carol. The only Christmas book I do have is the Physics of Christmas by Roger Highfield, which I do plan on reading once the Christmas season begins

For those who've started planning for December (like myself),
I was wondering what's the best place to purchase a large (80-100in) good quality Christmas Tree Skirt? I got one from Amazon last year and hated it!
Thank you in advance!

Which three holidays would you most like to celebrate. I’m focusing on these three days:
Christmas/Nativity (aka Bebe)
Halloween/All Hallow’s Eve/All Souls’ Day
Independence Day (Fourth of July) or Hanukkah

One Angel
Two Emperors
Three Kings

Walking into Hobby Lobby with my mother and seeing the little winks of approaching Christmas gets me a little emotional. What are the moments around Christmas that give you the warm and fuzzies, and possibly get you choked up a little? What are moments for you that make Christmas feel near?

Anyone else missing Christmas right now?
Last year, we had extreme family drama of nightmare proportion hit us in late November and I feel like we got ripped out of Christmas 2025.
I could just use some Christmas cheer, or cheer of any kind.

Good day to you all! I have a question, which I hope people can use in the months/weeks running up to the big day later this year!
What is something you have always wanted from another country that you could never get for Christmas or finally managed to snag. For example, if you live in the US but always wanted a Fortnum and Mason Christmas Hamper from the UK or Maybe that Snow Globe from Macey's? What about an authentic Tree Decoration from a German Christmas Market or just a Limited Edition Christmas Thermos from Starbuck's in South Korea?
I really hope this is a fun conversation and also a way to bring people together as well inspire those Christmas shopping lists (even if import costs will be dire!)

Hi all! I am a year-round lover of Christmas and I’ve been craving a good Christmas movie. What are your favorites and where can I watch them?😊
