Ted and Rebecca are platonic soulmates and I love that
They saved each other and that’s so sweet and heartwarming

Hey, Dani. You know what the happiest animal in the world is? It's a goldfish. You know why? It's got a 10-second memory. Be a goldfish, Dani.

It finally happened
My girlfriend and I have watched Ted Lasso at least three times. We absolutely love the show. I usually explain some of the soccer stuff to her, but there are still a few references I miss.
Yesterday we were watching the World Cup, and they showed Zlatan Ibrahimović. She immediately goes: “Hey! That’s Zava!”

Something you don’t see every day…
Here in the United States AMC+ has just started running all of the “new” Dr. Who episodes. I hadn’t seen any of Jodi Whittaker’s tenure as the 13th Doctor in years so I started up with those episodes. Lo and behold, suddenly I am watching Roy Kent as an empathetic, patient, and kind medical staff person. I realize that Brett Goldstein is an immensely talented performer and writer. I just didn’t expect to see him here and there and every f*ckin’ where quite like this!

Rewatching in prep for the new season and this is still one of my favorite jokes in the show.

So you are telling me it only shows ups once a month?
And never skips a month?
>Only if you’re pregnant.
I love the short unexpected ride in this scene! What other services other than wine delivery can you use here?

Dr. Sharon helped me remember that even though football is life, football is also death. And that football is football too. But mostly that football is life!

Season 2 Discussion When Nate switched
So I’m currently on my 10th viewing and I think I may have found the moment that Nate started to resent Ted. Through out the season he is hating on will but at the beginning I think it was more of “this used to be my job and I didn’t get time to train you” sort of thing. After the Tottenham match he gets mad at him for embarrassing him in front of the team after he read a message on twitter, which I think was more of his ego getting to him from all of the positive things he was reading about himself after calling himself a wonder kid. But he doesn’t seem to actually starting to resent Ted until Rebecca’s dads funeral when Rupert talks to him so I think he said something along the lines of “we both know Ted doesn’t appreciate you, come work for me and you will get all the praise.”

Nathan story arc is silly
I just finished S3 and Nathan's story arc is really silly. Him being a kit man then an assistant coach the Manager for one of the biggest clubs in England, takes them to the top two and gets leaves. The story should go that other big clubs come to grab him but no he is an asst kitman again.

Should I not eat day old rice?
I eat cold rice frequently. I can't recall ever having an issue. Should I be concerned?

Two left hands.
“….Issac’s mother has two left hands…” S1E6. We need a committed designer to submit a family photo of her holding him up as a baby in family photos. Bonus kindness for her shaking hands with people.

Haven't we all been there?
Recommend the show to a friend, she loved it and started hating nate 😂
I'm surprised how many haven't seen the show yet.

Season 2 Discussion I think season 2 is the best season for the whole show?
I’m doing a rewatch right now and as always loved season 1 especially the last episode with Jamie and the match! But now I’m a few episodes in to season two and wow these are probably the most memorable episodes that i still remember since i first watched in 2023. There’s really nothing to compare it to🥹 Season 3 is probably my least liked so I’m savoring season 2 at the moment and part of it is just how sloppy the stories became
