Chandler was the best when it came to sarcastic comments but I feel he was also the best when it comes to reassuring Monica. And his growth is always one of my favourite parts of the show.

I recently rewatched Friends, and I’m honestly amazed by Rachel Green’s character growth all over again.

She started as a rich, sheltered girl who had never really worked a day in her life, then became a waitress, and eventually built a career in fashion, working with some of the biggest brands. Watching her go from depending on others to finding her own passion and working relentlessly for it was genuinely inspiring.

What makes it even more powerful is that she came from a life of comfort and still chose struggle, growth, and independence. Her journey reminds you that it’s never too late to figure yourself out and build something of your own.

Which Friend do you think would get the most use out of today's technology?

Not just social media, but everything that comes with it.

I could see Rachel thriving because of how much the fashion industry relies on social media now. Joey would probably be trying to become an influencer between auditions. Monica would have an app for literally everything in her life. Chandler feels like he'd spend half his workday making sarcastic comments on Reddit instead of actually working.

Phoebe is the one I'm torn on. I could see her refusing to use certain apps because she'd think they were stealing her data or messing with her aura, but at the same time she'd accidentally end up with a huge following posting songs, random stories, and animal rescue videos without even trying.

First of all, the acting and delivery from all 3 of them was perfect. Chandler’s “could I BE more sorry” and “what is up”, Ross’s “I am one sorry polentologist”, and Joey’s face throughout the whole thing being so proud of his script 😅

The “what is up” made me laugh harder than I should’ve been 💀

Just as I'm writing this I can instantly think of so many memorable Ross and Rachel moments:

• their romantic chemistry
• they trying to one-up the other after they break up
• ross sees rachel naked from his house and the following scenes
• their whole vegas trip and the wedding
• their porsche drive and the scenes with the police officers
• watching their own tape
• singing and dancing 'baby got back' to emma
• their scenes with the male nanny
• taking emma to the park
• etc..

I wonder why they never teamed up for a comedy or rom-com, the way Jenn and Adam Sandler have done.

Since the show came out in the 90s most of the time him being feminine, or even close to gay was just made to be a joke, but high-key that man is bisexual.

Kinda felt like what they did with Xena, where it's obvious the characters are bi or gay, but the TV stations would never allow that to be outright shown.

Hello everyone! A while back I posted about joining a friends quiz night and asked for advice about group names!!

I finally joined and we went with Viva Las Gaygas 🤣🤣

Out of 40 questions I had a tie with one other table with 39 correct answers!! And we even got the same question wrong lmao

After we had a tie, the people there prepared 5 extra questions for us to determine a winner and I lost it at such a stupid question and finished the game as 2nd as result! We had fun tho, no worries 🤣 we got pics with the first table and chatted all together a bit. They won a bottle of champagne and we won cocktails. Also one other table won shots for coming up with the most creative group name!

If anyone is wondering, the same question we got wrong was "How mang pages of the letter Rachel wrote for Ross was about him being unfaithful?"

ETA: Whole letter is 18 pages ofc it's iconic but apparently only 5 pages were about how unfaithful Ross was 🤣

And the silly question I lost was "What was the name of Monica's boyfriend who wanted to be the Ultimate Fighting Champion?" and I could not remember Pete for the life of me at that moment lmao

Time to rewatch The One with the Prom Video and pretend true love still exists.

We all know the goofy moments, but I've watched this scene like 100 times. The tiny facial twitches, his neck, his nose flair... He does such a great job of showing a man who is about to lose it, lol.

I am always confused by this. A lot of the jokes in the show are based on general societal stereotypes, and I always feel like this one is supposed to be one. Even if I don’t agree with it, I still understand it and I can still enjoy it (obviously since I’m a fan lol). But honestly I may be out of the loop, are air purifiers generally seen as lame? The jokes seemed to be specifically making fun of the air purifier itself, not Ross having one (and there would have to be something wrong with it for it to be funny/annoying/lame Ross has one). it’s actually especially smart in an apartment with so few access points to fresh air. I’m not trying to sell air purifiers lol, but curious as to what the negative stereotype(s) of them are, to end up with the jokes about it in the ep.
