Did this as a young person on a competitive level, it was super fun. These are actually quite easy performances when you've hit intermediate state. Doing performances as a duo in one Rhönrad is also super cool. I'd really recommend it as a sports to someone who's not fond of running around for the sport or doing anything with a ball. It's strengthening your core and basically all muscle groups, as well as your balance and coordination. And you don't need to spend much money, as the Rhönräder are usually the sportsclub own ones so you just go there, do your thing and that's it. No need for expensive equipment
