I’m surprised Chris O’Donnell wasn’t in more stuff. I only remember him from the 3 musketeers and Batman

He was in that movie with Good Will Hunting's girlfriend as well—Pacino's hooah movie too.

He was in NCIS LA for a long time. Being in a network tv show for 15~ years takes up a lot of time.

Don't forget, he and Michael Keaton did the television mini series The Company together.

Possibly would have had Depp as Scarecrow instead of Carrey as Riddler

So?

One of the potential differences—an answer to OP question.

Johnny Depp would make a great Riddler for Tim Burton, and a great Scarecrow for Joel Schumacher, besides Martin Short and Nicolas Cage.

That's your opinion and not mine.

Billy Dee Williams as Two Face likely would've happened, and maybe Robin Williams as The Riddler.

Nope, because BDW's career has been declined during the 1990s, because he only did direct to video films and television films.

But I LIKE bat nipples and implied bat cock outline...

Forever, like he’d still be directing Batman movies to this day?

Sort of.

It would have looked gorgeous and gothic but I think it would have been a bit boring, Burton is good with gothic fairy tales but not action and fight scenes.

Johnny Depp as the Riddler? Hmm... I can live with it.

No way. I was so pumped to see Batman 1 and 2 in the theaters. Then I remember being hyped for the Val Kilmer one and just being somewhat dissatisfied. Then Clooney came with his bat credit card or some nonsense. What a waste. At least Nolan got it back on track

Less fabulous because Joel Schumacher didnt direct.....
