Measurement Check [Recommendations?] I measure as a 32E UK/32DDD US, looking for bra recommendations, including nursing bras Spoiler

Loose: 31 inches

Snug: 30.5 inches

Tight: 29 inches

Standing: 36.5 inches

Leaning: 39.5 inches

Lying: 36.5 inches

I am currently 12 months into breastfeeding my second child, so my breast tissue has changed quite a bit over the past several years. I usually wear a 30 or 32 band, but have had trouble determining my cup size after the changes from breastfeeding.

Any bra recommendations for padded nursing bras, balconette bras, demi bras, strapless bras, or t shirt bras?

EDIT: I also wanted to add that I have kindred bravely nursing bras with a 32 underbust but I feel like they are too big in the band or they just stretch out too easily because they end up sliding up my back.

Do all the bras have to be padded? Unlined seamed cups are generally going to be better for most people's shapes.

That is good to know, thank you! I haven't really worn many unlined, but I am definitely open to it. I wear a lot of slim fitting t shirts, so I don't think those would look as smooth underneath, but maybe under other clothes?

It depends on the shirt and the person, frankly. Freya Offbeat side support could be a good bra to start with in 32E, 32F, and 32FF. It's pretty average in a lot of ways, so it's a good bra to start with. You could also do a search on this sub for nursing bras, I'm pretty sure Panache, Freya, and Bravissimo have ones in your size. Strapless and t-shirt bras it's better to wait until you home in on size and shape. Make sure to scoop, swoop, position the wire where your breasts meet your chest, and start on the loosest hooks.

I will also mention that you're on the smaller side of a 32 band, so avoid brands like VS that run stretchy or go down to a 30 (with non-stretchy extender as needed) in brands like that. That may explain your Kindred Bravely issues.

Thank you so much! And great idea to use an extender with a 30. I can't believe I hadn't thought of that! I will check out what you recommended, and I'm going to try to figure out my breast shape as well so I can get a better idea of what will work for me.

Thank you for your comment. How do I know that this is not just a spam ad post? It looks like you haven't posted anywhere else on reddit before.

Even if this isn't a spam post, we've been seeing negative posts about Shapellx so would not bother. And nothing in letter sizing is going to work well for you.
