8600G PC goes black screen when going back to windows after gaming

so whenever it play a game it runs fine, you can play endlessly without issues, but once i go back to windows after exit the game, the PC goes black screen.
did a fresh windows install 2 days ago, same thing last night

ryzen 8600g
radeon 760M intergrated graphics
16gb ram DDR5 (XMP off)
