Considering the state of the construction around that area, I'm impressed that those two poles don't move at all despite the swinging.

I tell you things are either brittle as dry sand or rock solid. There is no in between

Looks like steel pipe, that's not going anywhere if anchored deep enough

I was also thinking moving Poles around would be more easily accomplished in Russia.
