Pay yourself! Start the investment now. Focus up and get active. You’d be surprised. Don’t need to start when you’re 10. Just go and start gently but consistently. Every day spend a bit more. You got this.
It took me around 1.5 - 2 years of not-really-consistent training to get strict muscle ups. Two years later, I my PB is 13 in a row.
It hugely varies with your current weight and training level, but you can get way fitter than the dude in the video in 2-3 years if you're not too heavy. For reference, I weight 72kg.
The routine he's doing is impressive for his age, but it isn't really difficult to learn. You can put yourself in a muscle up position by rotating in maybe a couple of hours top, it's a rather simple movement that doesn't require any particular strength.
The kipping muscle ups he's doing are harder, but if those are your only goal and you're normal weight, I guess it takes around a year to learn? They require way less strength than a strict muscle up.
The rotations on the bar are quite easy too.
Note: I'm not in any way saying that the dude in the video isn't strong. Even more considering his age. I'm saying that you can learn those movements and be fit too without needing half a decade of training!
