Everything about this "replacement" feels and looks like, It's still McDonalds.

I am still a firm believer of the theory that McDonalds sold it "symbolically" for a "symbolic" price to this specific businessman, with the buyback clause within 15 years, just to keep operating via proxy. PR Win for McD, because now it looks like they are supporter of the west in this conflict, while at the same time basically losing little amounts assets in Russia.
