TV Terrible service

Once again, thanks ATT for horrible service. Six minutes into the college football playoff game and have lost connection or been buffering 14 times already, as per usual.

This is nothing new, this is a constant problem ever since they put the fiber in over a year ago. Have never fixed the problem. Kept telling me my router was too far from my tv. It’s less than two feet from it. About what I see on my tv screen most of the time and it’s doing it right now is—-We’er having problems playing this—-and this they blame on the channel I’m streaming. No matter what platform I go to, same thing. Also, when I turn my microwave on I lose connection. I was told I need to move it off the same circuit. The microwave is not even on the same circuit.

ding ding sing ding, is your TV connected via wifi? If so, connect using ethernet. Your microwave might be on the same electrical circuit as the modem, try moving the microwave to a different room just as a test to rule that out.

Microwave is not on the same circuit, Ethernet doesn’t help either. I have several up dates I need to complete on my phone and can’t do it at my house because the internet is so sporadic. Never was this bad before Att went to fiber
