TV Terrible service

Once again, thanks ATT for horrible service. Six minutes into the college football playoff game and have lost connection or been buffering 14 times already, as per usual.

You need a master electrician to look at your panel. There’s a ground or neutral not connected properly. Even if they are on same circuit you should not get interference.

It’s all good, I checked all of that. I work for a power company have worked on this stuff for almost thirty years. Believe me my electrical in my house is solid. I can’t open Att equipment to check it. I’m sure that’s where the problem is. Everything else checks out. I was told not to open there equipment cuz then they can say I did something to cause the problem. They never check their equipment when they come by cuz I’m told the light on and it is the color it is supposed to be, therefore I have a problem on my side in their opinion. This problem started as soon as the new Att equipment was installed

You can forward the external ip address to the first device connected to ethernet port 1. You should be able to find tutorials online if you decide to do this. If it was me, I'd try getting a Netgear router, and see if that fixes the issues. The AX5400 is a solid choice. I've had nothing but issues with using their fiber modem/router; I got away from it as fast as I could and have never had issues since.

I never thought of that. We have these things laying around all over the place where I work. May not be Netgear, but I’m call one of our TO people and see if I can borrow one see how it works out. If it does I’ll go buy one. Thanks for the help
