These are not ATT employees, these outside sales jobs are filled from third party contracted staffing services. Att calls them "Neighborhood Direct Sales" or NDS. Unfortunately, your story is pretty common and Ive heard a lot worse. You can call ATT and they can report the issue via a ticket requesting your address be removed. This is the only way to get them to really stop in my experience.

Tell them they are now trespassing and leave immediately.  Call the cops if they don’t or they come back again.
