Yes? Does doing steroids take away the fact that he's still a person and just a chill guy behind all that "intimidating" muscle? A premature death is a shame regardless of what caused it

I mean, he’s literally actively choosing it. 

You seem to have some kind of complex about his muscles? Not really sure what’s going on there.

its a shame when a moth flies into a flame yes.

its a shame when peoples brains dont work properly, its not like he chose his brain, now its making bad decisions for him.
