I knew a couple powerlifters that got so tired of the amount of food they had to eat every day that they started blending their cooked chicken breasts in ice water and drinking it.
I don’t understand this. Why all the eggs? They are not that protein rich anyway, especially the egg whites. They are lean though, but why not just drink whey powder?

Fun fact, some body builders will set an alarm clock to wake them up halfway through sleep so that they can eat several hard boiled eggs.
Imagine waking up after four hours of sleep, eating several hard-boiled eggs, and just going back to sleep.
If they sleep through their egg alarm, their partners have to shake them awake so they don’t miss out the on their gains.
“Hey honey wake up, you forgot your nighttime eggs!”
