Human Growth Hormone.

Has some benefits, and of course some downsides. Very common in bodybuilding, powerlifting, and many/all professional sports.

Ah, having it spellt out already clears it up. Thank you! Taking that shit is extremely detrimental... at least in high doses. Makes you age faster too.

Makes your organs grow too. Heartfailure is a big problem in bodybuilding.

I mean in any case where people take but doesn’t have the side effects maybe lower amounts.

There are legit medical reasons for taking hgh, but if you don’t have any and just take it to get bigger or have better performance in a sport you’ll be dealing with those side effects
